What are your responsibilities?

 

In this position, you will be the corner stone of acture capital's technology operations with your subject matter expertise. You will be responsible to manage acture capital's technology portfolio and team. In addition you will be responsible to:

 

• Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and in hiring decisions

• Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments

• Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each of them

• Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics

• Identify new areas of digital marketing opportunities and create plans to implement them for us and our clients

• Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity

• Spearhead IT projects to increase our market presence and to improve our USP

• Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

 

We expect an individual capable of taking ownership with a lets-do-it-mentality that is able to challenge and to promote his team members.

 

 

What are the key job requirements?

 

Education/Experience

• 10+ years of applicable CTO experience ideally within a financial services environment

• MBA or similar advanced degree preferred

 

Knowledge/Skills (job function, technical, computer, language)

• Proven subject matter expertise in technology required

• Topic expertise or experience in financial services (capital markets) is a strong plus

• Global experience is a plus

• Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word

• Strong working knowledge of project methodologies

• Fluent in English (verbal and written); Additional languages a plus

• Experience in managing teams and stakeholders, and an orientation towards achieving results

 

Job requirements/work environment (including travel, physical demands if applicable)

• Traveling within Switzerland might be required
